Easily stored for long periods with its nutritional value intact.
USES: Home milling, sprouting and cooking to make a porridge. Use as a rice substitute e.g. side dish,
pilaf or risotto. Add to soups, casseroles etc. If wheat is pre-cooked it can be added to many baked goods.
